The Enrolment Process

The Select enrolment process is simple: telephone, email or visit the centre giving your name and contact details. A member of our staff will discuss various tutoring possibilities and the needs of your child to get the enrolment process started.

Select Learning Centres have been in operation since 1990. During this time we have developed our own unique method of learning which all of our tutors are trained and skilled to teach. We know the importance of a thorough assessment. Our aim is to enhance your child’s learning.

• Children are enrolled via telephone or from a visit to the centre.
• Following registration you will be booked for an assessment which will give the parent feedback on key areas of learning.
• The areas on which you will be given feedback are: reading, writing, comprehension, numeracy and potential to learn.
• From the assessment you will be allocated a tutor depending on the kind of tuition you require.
  
• Tutors are always available for feedback or reviews
• There is a maximum of 6 children per tuition group and all children will work individually within the group.
• Tutors will encourage praise and reward giving full individual attention and encourage independent learning.
