Upon completion of initial assessment, if pupil and parent / guardian are satisfied with the service provided, the pupil will be allocated a time and class on a weekly basis until the course discontinues.

An experienced / qualified tutor, able to meet pupils individually assessed needs, will be assigned to each class. In the absence of the named tutor, a tutor of equal ability and experience will substitute for the duration of any absence.

Exercise books will be provided for each pupil.

Select Learning Centres will provide all teaching texts including examination/test papers for which there will be no extra charge.

Pupils are expected to bring a pen/pencil and calculator to lessons.

Pupils will be provided with a folder to keep exercise books. These should be brought to each lesson on a weekly basis with their complete work in it. It is extremely important that exercise books containing work are kept safely as they are a record of development and achievement of specified goals.

Upon enrolment on to a course an initial / full payment is required.

Parents/guardians and students are required to give 4 weeks notice in writing of termination of the course. No refunds will apply prior to this notice and any outstanding fees will remain. For customers paying fees on an annual basis, a refund will be made of the balance of fees paid subject to the required 4 weeks written notice being given.

 If notice of absence is not given 24 hours in advance the lesson will be lost and cannot be made up at a later date. With advance notice of absence we will endeavour to make up the lost lesson at a later date, this will depend wholly on class availability and must be booked through the administration department.

Classes are run on a strict timetable. Pupils are expected to arrive for class at the allocated time and date. No amendment will be made to this time unless arranged with the administration department. pupils arriving late for a lesson will not be allowed to stay later to make up the time.

Select Learning reserves the right to terminate an agreement without notice in the event of any form of behaviour that may disrupt the class or the teacher’s ability to provide the best possible service to all pupils.

Feedback is important in maintaining the quality of services at Select Learning. We strive at all time to provide the best possible service to out customers however, if there is any cause for concern or a customer does not feel satisfied with the service we encourage you to bring the matter to the attention of the administration department on the day or by contacting the office on the number shown below. We will seek to ensure that any concerns are addressed speedily and sensitively to complete satisfaction.
